Wild Rose Press is an exciting small electronic and print publisher of romance.
Our titles span the sub-genre spectrum from sweet to sensually erotic and are available in
all lengths, including short story, category, and single title.
I love all flowers...and I may go against the grain but I love all rose colors EXCEPT RED! I find it cliche, but that's just me. I love pink, white, peach, yellow...
I'm not so much into the colour of a rose, but rather its scent--the stronger, the better.
That said, the mild peach-coloured roses hold a special place in my heart because they taste the best. (Yes, roses are an edible flower, like marigolds and violets, and much tastier than broccoli and cauliflower.)
My favourite cultivated rose colour is yellow with blush pink along the edges of the petals. I much prefer the fragrance of wild roses - they remind me of my childhood and the giant rugosa bushes near my grandmother's house.
Happy 12th, Roses! I consider myself lucky to know many Wild Rose Press Authors and own a zillion Wild Rose Press books.
My favorite color roses are called sunset because they remind me of a sunset with pink, orange, yellow and red. So beautiful and MR N gives them to me whenever he spots them.
Roses are my favorite flower. In fact, my last novel was titled, "Four White Roses." I think it's the smell and soft silky flowers that attract me, but it's also the symbol of June, my birth month. Write on, Wild Rose Press authors!
Happy birthday to you! Everyone here has been so wonderful and helpful! I would totally recommend! Favorite color is light pink! Sadly they don't last long though!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY RHONDA. We both woke up a year older today! I esp. love red or blush roses! Also favorite romantic book is Shanna by the late Kathleen Woodiwiss. I loved her books! New love is Diana Gabaldon's series! Anyone remember Rosemary Rogers Sweet Savage Love? A groundbreaker in her day!
Happy birthday, Rhonda and TWRP! I've been a happy author with you for over 8 years now, with the best editors ever! I sure remember Rosemary Rogers--hers were the first romances I ever read. My faves were by Bertrice Small; she inspired my very first historical. I really enjoyed meeting Rhonda on Cape Cod; we had breakfast together. Much more success to you and my fellow Roses. Diana Rubino
I bless the day that I entered the "Through the Garden Gate," contest that TWRP sponsored. This contest was my gateway into the publishing world. I'm so lucky to be a TWRP Rose.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY To The WILD ROSE PRESS ~ Thrilled to be here! My favorite rose is deep pink. Wishing all staff and fellow authors the best in the year ahead.
Happy Birthday! I wrote about yellow roses in my first book way back in 1987, entitled Texas Rose. Ever since then I've loved yellow roses! I'm so proud to be a rose. Thank you.
Happy Anniversary. My favorite roses are white tipped in red and also peach. Perfect date: Watching a sunset at the beach, which I can only do on vacation. Not a lot of ocean in the Midwest.
Happy Birthday Wild Rose Press! What a great success you are and have given so many authors a voice in this very competitive publishing world. I'm grateful to be one of your new authors and wish you worlds and decades more success! Every color of rose is gorgeous, but my favorite is Champagne, of course.
Happy Birthday Wild Rose Press. I'm so happy to be one of your authors and wish you even more sucess in the future. I love all roses, but the dark red ones are my favourites, with petals like velvet.
Happy 12th Anniversary. I just read After the Wedding by Courtney Milan, and I just loved that. From a contemporary perspective, I just read my first Marie Harte, A Sure Thing, and I loved that too.
Favorite rose color -- probably purple. I was desolate when Nor'east Roses left Massachusetts for California, I had always meant to visit there and waited too long--their Scentsations miniature roses, are VERY intensely scented--I had to air my car out for three days after have left three or four plants in the car on a hot day!
